I called Full Bloom without ever having used them before (I'm out of state) and spoke with a lovely woman named Kristin, who turned out to be the owner. She took the time to discuss the vision I had in my head, the flowers I wanted, and to ensure I'd have a beautiful arrangement for the amount I wanted to spend. Most importantly, I needed the arrangement to be created and delivered the very next day, which she assured me would not be a problem.
