It’s not the funeral homes fault that someone falsely misrepresented themselves and posed as a family member authorized to make the decisions. The funeral home did their job by aiding to the call, picking up and housing the body. This is business and not in anyway personal! The Edwards family was very empathetic and did express their sympathy to the family.
