He answered all of questions quickly and accurately. He kept in touch with us (even on the weekend), through email and text. If we called the main office the office staff was efficient in taking a message and making sure Tim got in touch with us as soon as he could, which was quicker than we thought. Next, we met Elizabeth, our funeral Director, as she guided our family in the plans for his funeral. We had plenty of walk around room during the visitation, and were not even aware of the chairs that Elizabeth and her helper continued to bring out when needed. Dad looked wonderful. From our first meeting until the final moments at the gravesite with the flowers having been delivered, we were completely pleased with everyone at Oswald Haskins. No request was unreasonable, and if I was nervous or unsure, Scott was patient and on board with whatever decision I made. We have a huge family. My father had a lot of friends. Many of them with motorcycles. We flooded the funeral home and the parking lot (and even hwy 34), but Scott's concern was myself and my family. “This is a late review, but I just cannot say enough about the services that Kozlak-Radulovich provide, specifically Danielle. My dad passed away a year ago, and only a week before he passed away, my sister and I went with our dad to plan his service. Danielle did an amazing job of listening and paying attention. The detail that she provides in executing the celebration of life, is amazing. We feel fortunate in that my dad got to share with her what he would like, but she really just goes above and beyond and makes the whole process so smooth and comforting for family. She even had a Color Guard ceremony, this was something even my dad didn't know about, but he would have absolutely loved it. Thank you so much, it meant the world to us in so many ways.”

“Overall my experience with Restland was positive. The graveside service went perfectly and I appreciated the sales advisor when creating the headstone- he was compassionate and attentive to detail. I do think there prices are VERY high and for those prices it really bugs me when they aren’t attentive to the cleanliness of the surroundings. My husband is by a beautiful stream but there is always trash in it and I think they could put a little more effort into those things. One of my sons actually brings a trash bag when we go! Again though, it’s overall the only place in Dallas I would have used.”

“I never thought I'd be writing a review for a crematory but Georgi deserve so many more stars than just five. I was at the vet and was told we'd likely need to make a decision about end of life options. We wanted a cremation but we didn't love the idea of our beloved cat passing away in a cold and sterile vet's office. We were lucky that he was not in much pain and were able to take him home. During that time I researched some things about cremation and I came across all the positive reviews for Breezy Nook. I was pretty positive that I would be bringing my cat back to the vet to be euthanized and that they would handle the cremation but what I didn't understand was that they send your pet off to be cremated at a place like Breezy Nook anyway. I called Georgi and she made me feel so reassured within the few minutes of our phone call that I knew I needed to take my cat to her. She gave me comfort in the fact that I had made the decision to let him pass at home and that she would be there for me the next day to help me through the rest of it. My beloved cat passed away in my arms that evening. I called Georgi in the morning and made plans to go over. While I was nervous about this entire process and felt a little uneasy, Georgi helped bring me closure that I didn't even know that I needed or could have gotten. She cared for my loved one the same way I care for him. She was gentle and loving. She allowed me to share stories about him and she shared stories about pets that have meant something to her as well. This type of connection and bond wouldn't have happened in a doctor's office. I left there finally feeling at ease knowing that he was safe and cared for. I know not everyone is allowed the benefit of having the option of choosing where to do this but if you found this review I assume it means you're lucky enough to be able to make this option. You won't regret choosing Breezy Nook and Georgi.”
