“My 90yr old mother had pre-paid cremation services through a mortuary in California. Once she moved to Texas to live with me I called two other places to see who would take her coverage, both places were rude. Then I contacted Boze Mitchell McKibbin they were so wonderful. I sent over her paperwork to Vicky and within 20 minutes I received a return call and was told "they would be happy to take care of my mother" Within two weeks my mother passed away, I called Boze Mitchell McKibbin, even though it was 5pm, they sent a wonderful gentleman over, I don't remember his name but he had a great beard. He was so nice and considerate of our feelings and took such great care of my mother. The next day we received a call from Savannah. We went in to meet with her, again her professionalism was wonderful and was only surpassed by her caring attitude. She made us feel so welcome and non-rushed. Following everything we received a call from Morgan where we went over all the things that we should do, many things I didn't even know. So helpful!! Everything with Boze Mitchell McKibbin has been far above my expectations. I will recommend them without hesitation!”
