“The Pretlow family treated us like family. Carolyn is simply Phenomenal. I have been to many funerals and been a part of the planning of many funerals, this is the best work that I have seen by ANY funeral home in this area period. My godfathers body was perfect, he looked like he was sleeping and that was remarkable with what his sickness had done to his body. Every part of the service was handled professionally, impeccably, and most important, personally. They are totally sensitive to the family's needs during this time of loss. They were totally accommodating especially since the funeral was on a Saturday and the burial was on the following Tuesday after a holiday Monday at Horton Memorial Cemetery. Many moving parts and pieces handled flawlessly. I knew about the other funeral homes but never knew about Pretlow. My godfather chose them before his death, and now I know why. He said Pretlow treats you like family, and they do. I would highly recommend Pretlow and Sons to anyone requiring funeral services, which we ALL will at some point and time.”

“I am the uncle of a deceased person whose mother asked me to be present for the autopsy and cremation. She had arranged through Miles Funeral Services Globe, AZ for her son's cremation. Miles Funeral Services is one of the seven J Warren Funeral Services mortuaries. J Warren Funeral Services Skyway Chapel of 15506 W Skyway Ln, Casa Grande, AZ is the central location where embalming and cremation are done. Once my credentials were established with his mother, I was told where to be for the autopsy. After the autopsy the communication was rough, but a day later I was able to follow the body to the crematory in Casa Grande. It is a beautiful facility. Very nice surroundings. Easy to access. Micah, who works out of the J Warren Funeral Service in Elroy was both professional and understanding when he picked up the body and left it at the Casa Grande location. I feel very fortunate that he helped as he did. He took the time to release my nephew's personal effects - making sure everything was properly documented. We were not sure when the cremation would be, so I went home and got the call the next week. It was scheduled for the afternoon. After the cremation, I had to stay the night in Casa Grande to pick up the cremated remains the next day. Throughout my week's involvement, everyone was helpful and respectful - Tammy at Globe, Micah out of Elroy, and Leon in Casa Grande. The communication might have worked better, but I understand that I was an unexpected player. J Warren Funeral Services is definitely a place I would use if I were in the area.”

Since we had not been able to see my mom for almost a month, he allowed us time with her prior to leaving for the graveside ceremony. All the staff was sensitive to the great loss we had suffered. They navigated the uncharted waters of the beginning of the Covid and enabled us to have all the family members we needed to have there under cemetery restrictions.
