“I called 4 companies trying to find a someone that was close to my home, but when I actually researched where they were, they were nowhere near my area! I found a local company by the name of Value Lock & Key in Santa Clarita. The owner Jeff was very helpful over the initial phone call. He explained what he thought was the problem with the lock mechanism. He came out to my house to assess what was actually wrong with the lock, and it turned out that he needed to do research, due to the kind of lock we had installed from a different locksmith a few years ago. He came back to my home a second time to make sure that before he placed the order for the new lock, that it would fit based on the specs. The new lock was installed, and we are very happy!! We highly recommend Value Lock & Key as they are very honest and take their time to explain what is involved with the service. They also are very honest with pricing, as other companies quoted am much higher price for the same service. We will definitely be using Value Lock & Key again in the future.”

“I needed to get the door lock replaced on my car. I called a bunch of locksmiths in the area and they told me that they couldn't do the job. When I called Parker Secrity they had a technician call me back right away. I told him what I needed and he said he would make a call to check on parts and get right back to me, which he did and gave me the estimate. His name is Alonzo. He had me bring my car in. He put the new lock on and had me back on the road in no time at all! He has great customer service skills, explains everything, and is a great technician! “Love this place! Get great quality plants every year. They always have a great selection and I've never talked to any of the employees who weren't beyond helpful. If the person I ask doesn't know they will get someone who does. They also deliver dirt, mulches and compost. We had a delivery this spring and it came sooner than expected and the guys put it exactly where we asked (we weren't home at the time). I saw someone post about them being a little pricy-and yes, some things definitely are-but in my experience (with some of the big box stores specifically) the phrase "you get what you pay for" would definitely apply here. I love the in-store displays too! Such fun stuff! I have to really focus and head to what I'm there for (I started making a list!) because I could spend all day in there and tons of money!😃 If you haven't been here, go check it out! I've added some in-store pics and some of the annuals I picked up to make my hanging baskets and a couple of perennials we just HAD to have!🤣”
