“I usually don’t leave reviews but this time I had too. After waiting in a blizzard for 4 days; I called Behlen Towing. I spoke with the owners wife and she was very professional and took time to explain everything that’s was going on due to the storm and they was backed up with 30-40 semis to be towed. She took time to take my information and insured me that they would be out to get me and to just be patient with them. To my surprise they arrived before I knew it and my drivers name was Rusty. There wasn’t nothing Rusty about him. He was very professional and polite and got right to it in single digit temps. Rusty didn’t stop there; after explaining how he was going to connect the truck and wedge it out; he went above and beyond and spoke with the dealer on getting me assigned to a bay door right away. “My cars starter went out last week. I called for a tow truck to take it to have someone look at it. The gentlemen got it to start and told me where I could get it serviced quickly. When it was time to take my car to get the starter replaced the same gentleman came and towed my car and let me ride along to my appointment. I asked him if I was going to get charged for him coming out the first time he said no which was super nice of him. They were professional and really friendly and for a tow not to unreasonable.”

I called around to places near me since it was already 7:00 a.m. and nobody would come help . Because it was a Hummer, I guess they're difficult vehicles to unlock you have to have a special tool. Jimmy Jackson with National Lock and key was to my house within 30 minutes and had it open within five minutes which allowed me to get kids to school and make my doctor's appointment !
