I reached out to community businesses for donations to have a silent auction . Well let me just say chip (manager ) and his crew went WAY above and beyond for my family and our baby girl Genesis . They truly have a heart to serve their community and they make the best pizzas around . Chip and his team made sure we had everything we needed at our event , we’re very kind and efficient and even ordered us shirts for her heart surgery . “I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve came to this store and I’ve been coming for at least 2 years but I find it to be sad that people have consistently complain just trying to get free food or making false claims for instance there’s a review saying the manager Dylan needs to be fired for telling people falsified information I was at the store when this incident occurred and the individual who made the review had came in and started harassing Dylan and the other employees then got mad when Dylan said he needed to leave because he was harassing them also everyone who has marked one star and or said they had the worst service just saying I’ve found pubic hair in my food at other restaurants which is a lot worse than just having greasy food so people need to keep that in mind when they say they’ve had the worst experience because there is alway worse”

“At around 1330 on Sunday, 7 May, 2023 I ordered my chocolate slim-n-trim. They informed me that they were out of bananas but could substitute peanut butter. When I got my smoothie it was weak and tasteless. I returned it immediately and was told it was because of the missing bananas and said they couldn't give me a refund. They gave me a strawberry slim-n-trim, which doesn't require bananas with the same result. I'll try it again next weekend as they're usually very good, but they were very disappointing that day. 4/5 Stars.”

Door dash driver was blaming the restaurant even though driver confirmed she didn't check the items before leaving the restaurant. I called the restaurant and explain. I believe I heard manager, who was in the background state "tell him I'll bring the sodas right now." I felt he spoke with a little passivity. However, 10 minutes later, he was at my door with an apology. My point is, no one is perfect and we all make mistakes. It's how we respond that speaks to our character.
