The food is healthy and fresh, and I love that we're voting with our dollars and supporting a local small business. If there's ever an issue, you can text or email the chef himself and he'll respond personally, which is very different than the bigger nationwide chains. Prices are also more affordable than the big guys and because meals are hand-delivered and not shipped in the mail, there are never any problems with items getting messy in transit. “This was my very first time eating Thai. My husband has eaten it before and he said this was 5 star food. We started with tofu and chicken satay. I've never had tofu but it completely confused my brain. It had a nice firm outside while the inside was soft. The sauce it came with was good too so that helped the taste of the tofu. The chicken satay was delicious. Their peanut sauce has a little kick but not too overwhelming. My husband ordered the egg drop soup and Bamee Raadna. He said it was hands down the best egg drop soup he's ever had. He said the Bamee Raadna was absolutely phenomenal too. He ordered his at a level 3 spicy. I ordered the param longson with chicken. The flavor profile was great but I had a hard time handling the heat of the curry. Next time I'm going to order it with as little heat as possible. We ended the meal with a khao sang khaya Thai and oh my goodness. The mango was fresh, the coconut wasn't overwhelming, the sweet rice had a great flavor and a good texture. This was a great first experience for me.”

This is a medium. We asked them to cut it again so the pieces are smaller and they had no problem doing that. For some reason it's just more enjoyable for us and easier to eat. The gentleman who answered the phone was very nice and accommodating. I called before the rush so that I would definitely be able to place an order over the phone and get it delivered. Can't blame a business that has to take their phone off the hook for a few minutes to catch up bc their food is so amazing! But trust, I was driving up there if I had to! “Out of ALL the Marcos, this one is it. They always have special deals and offer coupons. If you use their app, you earn reward points to use on future orders. It really does save you money. We had a LG pizza with 2 toppings & cheesy bread for less than $20...can't beat it. Pizza was well made, hot and ready on time. Bread was cheesy, delicious & baked perfect. I've gotten their Brownie before and it's to die for! It's super chocolatey with chocolate chips melted on top and is served warm in a little pan. FYI...its big enough for 2 people. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the people I dealt with were nice. I also noticed how clean everything was around the prep areas, so that was a plus. Lots of parking, easy to get in and out. I'd definitely order again at this location.”

“I've lived in Waterford for the past 7 years; I've ordered Marco's since before anyone really knew Marco's. The Waterford store was one of the first stores in Michigan, I still remember getting my Marco's loyalty punch card stamped when I ordered a pizza. We've ordered Marcos probably 4-5 times a month since then, always different pizzas, different crust toppers, just to try them all. In the 7 years we've been here, they have always given us exactly what we ordered, never a wrong order and to top that off, actually delivered Pizza to our boat on Elizabeth Lake. (Met us at the dock, but still delivered to the lake!). Fast forward to today, picking up a loyalty rewards pizza (basically free because of prior orders). Walked into the store and was greeted promptly, as always, but I was a few minutes early and I knew the pizza wasn't ready yet. I saw the pizza coming out of the oven, and the manager was in charge of the boxing station. He pulled the pizza out, stopped and yelled "WHO MADE THIS PIZZA?" I was personally taken back, I knew it was mine, but was it that bad?!? ... He looked around the store, until one of the employees raised their hand. He looked at her and said, this is beautiful, this is exactly how a deluxe is supposed to look and started clapping to congratulate her on how well she did, other employees also clapped. Then he invited other employees to look at the pizza. All in All, I was just waiting for my free loyalty Pizza...thought maybe because it was free, they might skimp... boy was I wrong. I have to say what a great environment and management team they have at this store, supporting their staff, and making the best pizzas. Every time, my question was answered politely and every time I got a "if you have anymore questions, please call back." Order was ready on time and food was absolutely delicious. We might go back for nostalgia, but it won't be more than once a year or more.
