“Tears of joy! My husband and I have been vegan for about 8 years now and truly the only thing we miss is being able to get a carry out pizza. Usually we have to order a cheese-less pizza and modify it when we get home. We tried LeeAngelo's last week and tears of joy were had. We got the vegan pepperoni and cheese pizza and they were kind enough to make us a vegan cheesy bread. We haven't had pizza like this in so, so long. Additionally, we have had vegan pizza from all of the vegan mecca's of the US (LA, NYC...etc) and LeeAngelo's vegan options blow those places out of the water. Absolute perfection. My parents are non-vegans and love this place and have been talking it up since they opened. I am so glad we finally tried it. I just really appreciate that they not only offer vegan options but they deliver something worth ordering. And bonus, all the staff we interacted with were so nice! “A no-frills kind of pizza place with some pretty good pizza. They have some really interesting combinations and the ingredients taste fresh. Nothing exciting to say about the crust but it works. Pizzas available by the slice are displayed on shelves behind glass. They heat it up in their pizza traditional/commercial pizza ovens and are piping hot within minutes. Employees are efficient but not overly friendly, but hey, it's a pizza joint on Lark St. - expectations aren't high here. A great place for a quick slice or even to take a pie home.”

Now that we've relocated to Maryland, we appreciate it so much more because we have yet to find a pizza place that meets the standards set by Dusal's. So now, whenever we go up to visit family or if we really want great pizza, we make sure to stop here and pick up a jumbo pie (or two), and then head home! “Ok so I am going to give a completely honest review for this place. I can honestly say that this pizza place may not be the most appealing aesthetically, but the quality of the food really offsets the aesthetics here. I get it there has been times that the orders take a bit longer than I would like, but with the very limited staff they have available they try their best. I must say in the past they have had a few hires that I would have avoided, but ownership noticed it and fixed the problem they had quickly as they are smart owners. Now what really keeps me going back at least twice a month is the food being amazing and the owners. The owners are amazing and very humble and honest people. I know the pandemic really was hard on many mom and pop pizza places, but I am glad this one made it through. I hope they can continue to serve our area and hopefully grow because they both deserve it! Matter of a fact I am ordering pizza tonight!”

We got a mini of the white pizza, and honestly it says 4 slices, but it's really 6 and plenty to share between two people who aren't famished, especially with their traditional thick crust. We also got a large of the Hawaiian, replacing the chicken with mushrooms, and it was pretty sweet, but also delectable and lasted a while. Took it to a festival and it was the perfect addition to enjoying live music. Their crust as mentioned is thick, but crispy on the outside while achieving that fluffy and flavorful inside. It's perfectly seasoned, the sauces are all great and at perfect balance. We had several people at the festival jokingly try to steal our box, saying it's their favorite, and now we get it!”

The service was friendly, although our cashier was the only person working there. The food is edible, but not memorable. The pizza came in at a pretty good deal and large portions. The bottom was crunchy, and it had a good texture However, I want impressed by the flavors. The sauce wasn’t as prominent. Overall, come here if you want pizza at a low price.”

“New to the area so tried the closest pizza joint to the new house. Had a traditional pizza the first night, was really good, crust was just the right thickness for in between thin and pan. Sauce was good, right amount of cheese and toppings. Ordered the Hot Italian Sub and cheese ravioli the next night. The sandwich reminded me of Quiznos, was good. Cheese Ravioli were huge and large order is enough for 2 people, sauce and cheese on top, filling was good. Service was exceptional on both visits. Will be in the regular rotation.”
