“The tickets are one of the more cheaper ones you will find. There is plenty of food to choose from and it is very good in my opinion. This is a good theater.”

“Just went to this theater for the first time. The food was fresh and the reclining seats are amazing! So comfortable and roomy. If IMAX was added you guys would have all my business! We'll definitely be coming back here.”

“This is one of the few theaters we frequent when heading out for a movie. While I do prefer our theater in Lake in the Hills, this location comes in as a close second. Parking is never an issue. Popcorn is always hot. Staff is always pleasant. I suppose the only negative I have is the cosmetic appearance. I think this location needs a little freshening up. Again, nothing major, just an opinion. Great theater, but it takes second place in my book.”

“My favorite theater! We drive from Humble just to go here. Staff is friendly, food is great, theater is clean and inviting. Good place for date night! The only thing bad I have to say is I miss the buffalo chicken wrap they used to have!”

“Hadn't been here in a long time as I had pretty much switched to Studio Movie Grill. But now it's all fancy. Big recliners, expanded food menu. But as usual popcorn and a Coke will run you like $20?! Kinda crazy.”

“We head never been to the Charlestowne 18 Theatre. The lobby is very big, all the employees were very polite and helpful. The matinee is reasonably priced. Getting to your respected movie can be a little daunting due to the size of the complex. We saw the Queen movie, I'd give it 5 starts as well. Thanks for a great night with friends and family”

“I don’t post a lot but I saw the trolls were hard at work here so I thought I would jump in. I LOVE this place. It is not the newest, but I love the staff. The food is good, the screens are big and clear, sound is good. Again it is not the TOP in any category but near the top in all of them! I drive past 3 theaters to get here. I especially love the diversity of clientele, such great people, I love being counted among them!”

“The most relaxing chairs I've ever viewed a movie from. Theaters are nice and spacious with incredible sound and picture quality. You don't feel like you're being sandwiched in between other audience members. Would have given 5 stars but the people to my right were talking through the ENTIRE movie and not one attendant walked inside the theater to check on the audience throughout the movie.”

“It's a pretty good theater, decent sound quality, and friendly staff. We had a problem here once with people being loud in the theater, and the management took care of it. It's a good place to go see a movie.”

“The price of tickets and concession snacks are pretty good compared to most theaters. The best time to go is in the morning. Theater is so clean, peaceful, and the ticket price are far lower. You pay $5.13 for early bird showing and $5.94 for matinee. When it comes to the seats, they are so comfortable to sit on. In some theaters I had to pay almost $15.00 for a large popcorn and drink combo. Over here I get that for $12.25 or for an extra dollar they can make it a tub. Candies from some theaters cost from $4.00 to $5.00. Over here they range from $3.75 to $4.25. Other than that, the snacks are good. Popcorn is always fresh. They are really good with having some movies in spanish but you gotta check to make sure the movie you want to see is in spanish before heading over. I do have some suggestions how this place could improve. For the most part it would be great if they had more options for spicy snacks. They should have more options than just cheese and chill for nachos. Salsa or guacamole would be nice.”

“While the theater and all the amenities (bar, concessions, arcade) were nice, the ticket machines outside had broken printers which caused a bit of confusion. The concessions stand is full of choices but it isn't super clear to go in by the entrance and just grab something, especially if you had to walk by to get your ticket printed at the stand further inside haha. Besides a bit of confusion logistically, it was a nice place to spend an evening and the quality of the show was awesome, theater was comfy, and everyone was helpful when you asked.”

“This was my first time attending this theatre and can I say that hands down, it was a really great experience! I love how comfortable the recliner seats were and how you can turn them into a love seat. The place was clean & has a very classy feel to it. The service was great as well. I definitely would recommend to others for sure!”

“Lovely, cozy, wooded area in the Poconos! Quiet, more peaceful and gentle resort still away from the busy life! Well kept facilities, friendly staff. Staff helpful and generous! Especially nice for a getaway from the normal routine during winter gray days! Yet Jack Frost and Big Boulder are neighbors! It is a quaint resort with a indoor water park, bowling, theatre, racket ball, large I door swimming pool and hot tubs! Actually a perfect winter getaway place! It's not far from Reading, Bethlehem, Allentown, Philadelphia by car. No need to fly away for a brilliant fun trip! Of course even better in the summer months! SO MUCH TO DO!”

“Great place for matinee movies and inexpensive for the movies. Now the concession stand that thing is expensive. You can spend 10 dollars for the movie for two people but the sodas, popcorn, and stuff will cost you from 20 to 30 bucks. They need to lower prices maybe more people would go more. Like me lol. I love to go with hubby. But who can afford 30 to 60 bucks each time we go.”

“My family and I so enjoy Bengies! It's nostalgic and fun -- and a great value. It's awesome. Yes there are rules -- they are all posted on the website so you can "know before you go". They are completely reasonable and designed to keep the experience enjoyable for all patrons. You may think your lights are no big deal, but they are. You may think you should be able to run your car and allow it to idle, but your engine interferes with the movie for everyone outside of your vehicle. Some of the negative points by others are absolutely insane. First up -- you are outside. If you want air conditioning, go to a multiplex, see one lone movie and enjoy. Second, being outside means you are going to experience bugs - like mosquitoes. I put bug spray on my kids in the back yard so why wouldn't you do the same at an outdoor movie theater? Third - the food is good considering it's a movie theater and for the price plus your purchase helps the theater stay in business. Personally I feel I can get a lot more food and options other than popcorn at Bengies for the same amount of money spent at a traditional theater. And purchasing the food helps keep the experience available. I've also paid the permit fee and brought in food for my carload, too -- completely reasonable! Enjoy being with your family, have a Bengies snack bar picnic and definitely do an all-nighter. SO much fun.”

“Great place for just about Anything!! Movies, good food, arcade area is pretty nice, but the Bowling, the Staff and the Drinks are what made it the Best Experience for me and my fiance for our 9month anniversary!!! We're planning on going back with friends for a couple's party.”
