When it was my turn, I talked to a tech to get my insulin. He started asking .questions I never heard before. Then he called the head pharmacist who came up to She started Asking If I have ever used insulin before told her that was an odd question And she snapped at me saying ' "I,m just asking you a question!" I toldher I've used it for 25 years and she snapped again" I'm just doing my job!" They're usually really great there but something must be going on where Kroger has told them to ask all these questions and she's being pulled away from her job all day.”

I called them on a Tues afternoon about my Rx, gave them my insurance info, and picked up the Rx 10 min later. They were responsive, friendly, and transparent about the prescription price - since many insurers do *not* cover this skincare product, the staff auto- applied a coupon reducing the price from about $700 to a more manageable $75. That was a huge help (and Idk about you, but I'm not looking to spend 700 on one medication).”
