“Reggie is by far the best pharmacist I have ever met. He is kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable. Ken is also very kind, caring and knowledgeable. Both ladies they have working for them are very sweet and helpful as well. Moving here a year ago and finding a new pharmacy with all the medications I have to take was scary but these four made the transition so easy and they treat you like family. Reggie and Ken have proven on a couple of occasions that they care and pay attention to what their clients are taking going above and beyond making sure I had what I needed and at times making sure what I was going to take wouldn’t do more harm than good. I love these guys and so thankful for all they do!!”

“My father was sent home from the hospital with an order for IVs and the IV League promptly delivered the IVs with the necessary supply. Subsequently, following chemotherapy, he was prescribed TPN IVs and once again IV League and their representative Cindy delivered. For over 2 months, they deliver the TPN to our house on a weekly basis. They monitor his blood work and call me to set up the delivery day/time. They haven't missed one yet and the supplies are always spot on. I also called the pharmacist after hours when I did not know how to inject insulin into the TPN. He was very cordial even though it was 10pm on a Saturday evening. He understood we were just discharged from the hospital. I have nothing but good comments about IV League.”

“I had to bring my kitty on a Sunday for an emergency visit. I live in Citrus Heights and every single place I called closer to my house had a minimum 3 hour wait. I called Insight and they said at the time it was an hour wait, which was fantastic bc I also had my 3 kids with me. The office is modern and very, very clean with a large waiting area. The office staff was very friendly and professional. Within 20 minutes of arriving, a tech came to the waiting area, asked me the important questions, and took my kitty to see the vet. The vet came out shortly, explained what was going on with her and the typical tests done for this, but since he had a good idea of what the problem was and it was a first for her, he suggested the least costly option which I very much appreciated. He had an amazing bedside manner and is clearly a cat person! I was so impressed with this place that I filled out the paperwork to become a patient there for all my cats (I have 4).”

“I recently switched doctors and I was explaining to my new PCP what a hassle CVS has been. You can’t get them on the phone, they’re rude, they’re incredibly slow, and they can never give me the correct quantity of insulin for a month’s supply, which means I’m forced to deal with them almost weekly. He talked me into sending my prescriptions over to True Vine and I figured my experience with a pharmacy couldn’t possibly be worse than CVS. The gentleman I’ve been in contact with is named Aman (so sorry if I’m wrong!) and wow. Excellent customer service. I decided to have my prescriptions delivered to me in Zephyrhills, which I thought would mean it would take a few days to receive my meds. Nope! My doctor called in my scripts, at which point Aman called me to let me know he would get all of my meds transferred from CVS. I have quite a few. My medications were here early the next afternoon! I wasn’t home to receive them but my husband was impressed with how nice the lady was who delivered them. When my insulin was ready to be refilled (via my insurance) Aman called me and asked me if I wanted him to contact my doctor for more refills. My insulin was delivered the same evening, and again I wasn’t home, but my husband commented again on how professional and friendly he was. And guess what? I actually got the proper amount of insulin! I’m so use to fighting with CVS for everything, and with this pharmacy, I don’t have to do ANYTHING. I am so thrilled with this pharmacy and my entire experience. The customer service is literally the best, and they are fast and EFFICIENT! I feel like I am well taken care of and I’m so thankful my doctor sent me their way. I feel like I have more control of my health because I am receiving the proper meds in a timely manner. At other pharmacies I have always felt guilty for having so many meds, but this man is very capable and took care of everything so quickly. They even blister pack your meds in doses if you would like! From the bottom of my heart, thank you! I don’t see a ton of reviews so it seems like True Vine isn’t nearly as popular as they should be. If you’re tired of fighting with other pharmacies, give them a try and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!”

“I love these guys. I went to them when I first moved into town. I had a little friction with them at first establishing my ID with them, but since then, I've had nothing but good experiences there. The staff is friendly and always gives me a milkbone for my dog, lavishing my dog with affection when I've had her with me. My dog loves them, and she generally is pretty skeptical of people. :) The pharmacists have been fantastic, answering questions and helping to find alternate medications when there have been shortages across all pharmacies. I will now go out of my way to get prescriptions here because i trust them and know them. Finally, they have a great selection of interesting boutique items to browse through as you wait for your prescriptions. I definitely recommend these guys if you're looking for a new pharmacy.”
