“University Pharmacy offers services that cannot be duplicated at CVS or your family physician. Need a shingles vaccine? University Pharmacy recorded my email to advise when Shingrix became available; we received an email and got the vaccination. We have been on the list at Henry Ford Health, CVS, and family doctor for much longer with no notice of availability. We take our grandchildren here for flu shots, because the expert professionals care about doing a good job without pain: no more tears, they feel nothing! Students can purchase cold medicine at 1/2 the cost of CVS, and the pharmacist will guide you to the nighttime or 24 hour variety. No shelve stocking clerks here, all responsible intellectual pharmacists competent to answer any question. Students need ready access to low cost medical supplies, birth control, and a granola bar or beverage for 75 cents. The loss of this caring facility hurts the students, university personnel, their families and the public. WSU made a bonehead decision to remove an on site pharmacy, especially when Pharmacy School students have an opportunity to work in their profession. Bring back University Pharmacy!!!”

“The previous reviewer who gave 1 star is obviously mentally challenged. I actually like that my medications are filled ahead of time so that they are ready for pickup whenever I go there. The reviewer is kin to an ex employee there. However, what she doesn’t realize is that she is being used by this vindictive ex employee because when I was in there that said employee was talking about that reviewer like a dog. Discussing what medications she takes and why she takes them. Seems to me that that family needs to have a long talk.”

“This Walgreens improves with every visit! When I moved to Raleigh a year ago and needed my prescription transferred. This was my nearest Walgreens but it had 1 star reviews. “4 years ago I had a negative experience which I wrote a long review about. Today I had a much better experience so I wanted to update my review. This Walgreens seems to always be relatively busy. Today I went in to get a passport photo and when I approached the photo section I was greeted by an employee who indicated she'd be with me shortly but first needed to handle the line of customers that was forming at the register. After a very short wait she was able to send another colleague over to help me. The passport photo shoot was quick and my photos were ready before I finished my other shopping. I was pleased with how they took care of me and the other customers.”
