“Longer wait times are to be expected at any post office when it’s busy and especially at a smaller one like this. I personally prefer the vibe at a smaller post office as opposed to a larger one though and the staff here is highly efficient, helpful, patient and kind, regardless. I’m grateful to have them so close to where I live here in Suquamish.”

“We have used this post office for three years now. The staff has always been helpful and polite. The delivery personal do mess up once in awhile but that has happened in every city I have lived in. After seeing how some of the customers treat the postal employees, I can understand that they can become a bit callous at times. My suggestion to people would be , treat as you want to be treated. My son was prescribed the CRT lenses that you wear overnight for the chance to experience no vision corrections (eye glasses or contacts) during the daytime hours. Heads-up for parents going down this route, it might not be an easy one. I was not aware of that, and we were very close to giving up on it. HOWEVER, Dr. Johnson came through with the save and turned our experience around. He is patient and kind, and I mean it when I say he won’t let you walk away with unanswered questions. I had PLENTY of them, and he didn’t seem to tire (or at least show it ?). If it weren’t Dr. Johnson’s assist, my active and athletic son wouldn’t be able to enjoy the benefits of this awesome technology! I also should add that the overall experience is wonderful here. The facility is spacious and beautiful, and while I didn’t catch names (sorry), all members of the staff that we interacted with were customer-focused. Thanks, guys! You make this non-reviewer happy to review you!”
