Counter personnel are very knowledgeable, if they can't answer my questions, they find someone who will. They were very helpful when I first started selling on eBay. Parking could be better, but given the location and what they have to work with, it's ok. Hopefully someday, a newer building will be in their future. I don't know why some people have such issues with USPS, but I don't. I've been selling on eBay for years and exclusively use USPS for all my shipping. I usually get great feedback for shipping speed from my customers. Some sellers use UPS & FedEx, which, when I'm purchasing something, I often have issues getting my items in a timely manner. UPS & FedEx often have 'smart post', which use USPS for the final leg of delivery.”

“In Florida the used car market is ridiculous right now. This caused me to look further than the state of Florida to find a vehicle. RDU Auto in Raleigh North Carolina had exactly what I was looking for. I contacted them and explained that I would be traveling from Florida. They quickly inform me, that would not be a problem. This dealership is a dealership of their word. (and that's saying something for a car dealership) I was able to drive a car rental to Raleigh North Carolina. When I arrived, I was exhausted and did not want a long drawn-out process. They informed me they would get me out in one hour. I arrived there when they opened at 9:00 a.m. and I couldn't believe they handed over the keys at 9:58 a.m. In the time that I spent at the dealership, I was able to test drive, ask questions regarding the vehicle's history and filled out the paperwork. This was the easiest car transaction I have ever experienced. I only chose this location because of the awful car market in the state of Florida. I earnestly recommend this car dealership for their superior customer service, their willingness to answer all my questions, speediness of the transition and that they are dealership of their word.”
