I wasn't not happy the carrier misplaced my package and the people answering the phones giving me the run around so I spoke with Barb. After a good lengthy conversation about what happened, she took the time out of her day to help me despite the chaos. More importantly, she genuinely cared to resolve my problem. She apologized for the miscommunication, informed me of their process and got me a solution. She went out of her way to call me on the weekend from home just to ensure I received my package. Even though she normally works at the Hazelwood location, while she was working at O'Fallon, I was very pleased to reach someone like her.”

All trim and walls had to be prepped and painted including nine new interior doors and 10 new windows. It was a big job with lots of detail and several challenges with door frames. The team was very respectful of my working from home and the safety of my four cats. I hope they can return to paint the exterior in another month or so.”
