“I arrived around 8:50pm on Friday evening to get my kid some cheer shoes for his performance that was the next day. He had to perform at GHOE parade. And Yes, I’m a procrastinator lol. While walking, a staff member overheard my son and I talking about cheer shoes and pointed us in the right direction, which was great. There were 3 options really. I found the ones he wanted in a size that he could fit. I wanted to go a size up but there was only 1 box and it had mix-matched shoes. Around 9:15pm, we went to check out. None of the registers were open. The only checkout option was customer service and there was one person there. While browsing, I did see several staff members. We waited in line about 5 minutes. Kiya was the person who checked us out. I liked how you have the option to email and print a receipt versus just print because I will lose a receipt lol.”

“First time visit. Will definitely plan to go again. Note to first time shoppers: this is not a traditional store like macys. Or lululemon. This is a little comparable to sample sales. You will need to show a pass to get in. Clothing is in racks and shelves like a traditional store but the staff is there to clean and restock mostly. Not to answer questions or help you find a size. There are only a few fitting rooms. Try on jackets in front of the mirrors around the store and save fitting rooms forget undressed Expect lines for getting in, fitting rooms, and checking out Expect things to be in the wrong place Those inconveniences are worth it for the prices I got some great deals on fleeces ($26 for thin and $33 for Sherpa like) and puffer jackets! (Less than $200 for Mountain Hardware brand, much less than that for Columbia brand) Some things were xx% off lowest price marked”

For those saying they're not getting much for their items, though it's true they'll offer you a minimal amount (after personal experiences), you can't expect to be given almost a full refund for your WORN items 💀 The location has always had a couple things I've bought at VERY reasonable prices. I'm planning on going more often, even though it is an hour away. The management staff has been nothing but helpful, respectful and kind when I've gone.
