“Went into Ross to browse, while waiting for my ride, and left with four terrific Christmas presents! Their prices were so low, that there was no reason not to buy them! Lots of variety at this store, with gifts for even the hardest to shop for. I also appreciate the later store hours, especially when others in the shopping center are already closed. “Super good prices and easy to access. Highly recommend for coaches looking for coaching gear that are not trying to break the bank. Organization and non-profit sport clubs, I would be using this as well. They have gear for, basketball, soccer, football mainly. Small selection for lacrosse clubs. Cones, whistles, ladders (speed and agility) etc can be found here as well. Super kind people as well and they do have a section for running shoes, basketball, and cleats.”

“The remodel is great. The layout will take a little getting used to but that can't be helped. Same great employees to help with any questions you might have. Just bought a new tablet and there was an issue with it (I assume a damage in shipment) so I needed to exchange. I came back the very next day and finished the exchange quickly. What could have been a time consuming process ended up being a pleasant experience. For those who say they donshop Target because it's more expensive than WM: The exact same Tablet was also on Sale there for $30 more than I just paid. Just putting it out.”

“Excellent store that came highly recommended from respected coworkers. The store is broken up in two sections. The first part of the store has clothing, book bags, coveralls, and even cowboy hats. The second half of the store has steel toe, composite toe, standard work boots, hats, and shoe insoles. The staff is mainly women who are very polite and frequently check on all guest making sure that they are finding the items they came for. Due to Covid-19 shipping delays they did not have the steel toes I was looking for but I was instructed I could get them ordered but it would be a slight delay. I will definitely be coming back here early next year to check out some more steel toe shoes and possibly a few more work shirts and pants.”

Since I had never made a return they gave me credit towards another pair of boots (Carolina hiking boots) and they are literally the most comfortable pair of boots ive ever owned. There was no long wait, staff was very nice greeted us as we walked in, there was a gentleman that asked if we needed anything to let him know. I went today, and a girl worker there her name started with an A..something like Anniya? Ayinna? Arianna? I can’t believe I forgot it but it was something along that. She had blonde hair, long pink nails (I THINK!) . GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE. PLEASE. She was so so nice ! She complimented me on my shorts, and was such a great helper. I tried on a shirt and she made me feel super comfortable and a lil confident haha. I appreciated that a lot since I am not the most confident person lol. Just small words she included in her sentences like “girl, girlie” MADE ME FEEL SO WELCOMED! “I can't understand for the life of me, why anyone would give this place negative reviews! My daughters were always wanting their hair braided, so I decided to learn. Everytime I've been here, I've received amazing customer service!.. to where it makes me keep coming back. I walked in not knowing a thing, just the basics that good ol You Tube taught me .. They were extremely helpful with helping me pick out what I needed, to start practicing with and gave me a few options that I could do that would make the process easier. In my opinion (take it or not) This place gives a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with people that are friendly and engaging. Tons of different options, and cute little extras all around the front of the shop. Like cute little fake nose rings, that My teen daughters love. Most importantly my daughters enjoy coming here, and feel comfortable asking questions about different products. So that's really what did it for me.
