Stephanie was the best. She helped me so much and was there every step of the way for any questions I had. She helped me choose and look for my size in different styles and had great suggestions. She was so sweet and helpful and very patient. She made my experience a pleasant one. She definitely deserves employee of the month award. “Went there on a Saturday morning and it was nice and quiet and very clean! Seriously there was only one other person inside when I went in. All of the employees were friendly - Zion is the one who assisted me and he was very polite and patient! The cashier was also very helpful but I did not catch her name. Everyone was properly wearing their masks and there were plenty of stickers on the floor to assist with social distancing. Overall I enjoyed my first experience at this Kids Foot Locker and I will return in the near future (which will be soon since these are toddler shoes we’re talking about here lol).”

I went through the self checkout at the Santa Ana store on Bristol/17th. My daughter wanted to use her gift card she recently got for her birthday. As she was checking out the card was having issues but Josh stepped in and was able to help us so she could make her purchase with her birthday money. Amanda was the only one working. She was so accommodating and fit them in between color appointments. She did an amazing job and was very friendly! “Buying shoes here changed my life. I know that sounds dramatic, but it's true. My feet and knees hurt so bad, then I came here. The gentleman (I forgot his name) was so patient with me. He answered all my questions and absolutely no pressure. He helped me put on my shoes (I have a hard time bending down) and made sure they were a perfect fit. The shoes are reasonably priced. I spent about $150 for some with springs (sounds a little pricey but I expected to pay a pay more) I still have pain, but now I can at least function and join family for various functions. Highly recommended I won't buy shoes anywhere else”
