I needed to make some some changes, and Maureen made sure I was taken care of effeciently, quickly, and very professionaley. I have been a satisfied customer of Safe Credit Union for at least 25 years, and will continue to use them for my retirement program handled by Dana, in the Madison Branch, however I stopped in the Crocker branch, just because it was closer to my location. The staff were very friendly and helpful during my entire visit - they came to check on me regularly and took my items to the front so I didn’t have to carry them the whole time. They held my big items so I could come back with a truck and THEN they even helped me load it. That is what I call true customer service. They made me feel like I was the only customer there (but trust me, I wasn’t). It feels like a true personal shopping experience. Wish I had been shopping here years ago. This place is a must see!!!”
