“The best tour to take all of San Francisco. Even if you don't care about visiting the prison, the boat ride is spectacular. Views of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge are incredible. Staff is friendly and helpful. Boarding and disembarking is very efficient. The tour of the Alcatraz is worth 5 stars as well. This is either one of the most are the most popular tourist attraction in all of San Francisco after the Golden Gate Bridge. I can't imagine anyone giving this less than 5 stars. Don't expect to buy tickets same day or even the day before. Year round the tickets are sold out weeks in advance. When you buy your ticket make sure you are buying for the "real" web site and not a scammer site. How could anyone give this less than 5 stars?”

“This newly built TRE station is nice and clean. The station is very quiet as the train frequency is not very fast. People usually use this station for a park and ride facility. The huge parking lot can accommodate a good number of cars. Even though the station is very quiet and no human agent is on site, but there is no lack of information at all. It was my first time there today and I didn't even have to ask anybody to reach my destination.”

“Just passing through, very cool to visit. Many options for pull through parking, you do have to pay after 30 minutes and it’s metered with an arm so I don’t recommend the parking lot with a camper in tow. The bathrooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The art is absolutely amazing inside and it’s a beautiful building to just be inside of.”

“We used Greyhound in Jacksonville to ship chairs to California. A customer introduced us to Greyhound shipping and so far we've had two great experiences. Their prices are astoundingly reasonable, the staff is incredibly helpful. We're looking forward to doing more business with Greyhound Package Express. “We took a day trip from Oakland to San Francisco and then came back at night. Both were great trips. An inexpensive and fun way to get across and enjoy great views. My only complaints are that the parking validation situation was confusing (and the staff member we talked to didn't know enough to be helpful) and the bar is cash only.”
