“Over the last year West Side has helped me care for my animals. 2 were elderly and sadly they helped us with our elderly dog 2 weeks ago cross the rainbow bridge. Their care has always been exceptional. I do wish it was easier to get appointments sooner or they offered walk ins for certain times of the day. That would help so much when the unexpected illnesses come on but was thankful I could bring in specimens almost any time of day to have them checked by the lab. “They're my go to. In all honesty though They're expensive. Don't believe otherwise. We have 5 cats some indoor some outside. so they do require different care sometimes. Our German Shepherd is also seen here. He does have a slight aggressive behavior with anyone outside of our family and they are excellent with him. We had a cat pass years ago and they stayed open past hours so my husband could make it there from work and hold her one last time together as a family. I will forever be a customer because of this sympathy they showed us. They also sent an sympathy card a few days later.”
