Stunning! I thought I might have issues with no doors option, but I was so wrong. No doors is the best way to go. “Villa #F3. Wow! Perfect villa for our family of 5. Unbelievable location- about a 3 minute walk to the bay and 5-6 walk to the beautiful beach. The bay is perfect for morning coffee and viewing wildlife. We saw dolphins and manatees almost every day. The beach was perfect. Private access made it not overly busy so we had plenty of room to enjoy. We used both private pools. They were warm and clean. The property keeps everything in pristine condition. Really impressive. Almost feels like a high-end resort. The house itself was clean and had everything we needed. Totally updated and it feels like a brand new build. We loved the decor and had every necessity we needed (even an air fryer!). The kids loved the kids’ room. The bunk beds were absolutely perfect. They were a really smart addition. We used the desk for kids activities the one day it rained. It would be a nice area to get some work done if needed as well. The extra daybed in the lanai was used everyday. The outside storage was full of beach stuff. We used the wagon, chairs, umbrellas, and toys. It also had a washer/dryer so we didn’t have to pack a bunch of bags. Laundry was a huge benefit, especially with kids. The location of the villa is really perfect. We were close to tons of dining options- many within walking distance. With a very short drive, we were on the north village with all sorts of dining and entertainment options. We would recommend this villa without question. We will definitely be back (hopefully every year from now on). You won’t find a more updated villa in this area. Truly a great experience for our family!!”

We ended up canceling our original resort that we booked on our own (due to recent bad feedback) and reached out to Jessica for her expertise and assistance just a month prior to our vacation date. She provided many options within our budget and helped ease the stress of booking somewhat last minute to a destination that was new to us. “Had THE BEST time for my birthday. The crew was so accommodating and extremely flexible. There was plenty of space for our party of 11. We did the 6 hour trip on the Azimut and originally we were going to stop at a restaurant but we ended up bringing snacks and drinks on board and had too much fun that we opted out on making the stop. We added the inflatable island to our package and we made the best out of it. The 3-9PM was the perfect time slot to watch the sunset. There’s speakers, bluetooth, charging ports, ice, and a bathroom on board. There was also a bed for our friend with motion sickness who needed some rest. My only recommendation would be to take motion sickness medicine beforehand or choose a route that doesn’t go too far if your group gets motion sickness easily. Other than that, I cannot recommend this trip enough! Shout out to JR and captain Nayel for being so accommodating and kind throughout the whole process!”

“Amazing experience!! Great for kayakers of any level. SRQ was so kind and accommodating, allowing us to reschedule when my husband came down with food poisoning. The mangrove tunnels were beautiful! The highlight were the manatees that followed us back in and hung out right next to us. Midnightpass beach was gorgeous and fun for a stop to swim! “Stopped here on our way back from vacation. The rest stop is the nicest one we've been at on our travels. There are clean restrooms, a visitor center, tourist attraction pamphlets, picnic tables, and ample parking. PDOT was also doing a safety day when we visited. It included a display by the State Troopers on the importance of highway safety, information pamphlets, and coloring pages for kids. The outside had a heartwrenching memorial of the PDOT workers who perished at work. It's a good reminder that the ONLY thing you should be paying attention to on the road is driving. Whatever else can wait.”
