“I arrived at the enterprise kiosk where a gentlemen welcomed me and directed me to the check-in counter noticing the lost face I had. Before arriving at the counter I was also greeted by a lady who made the pick up process very fast by asking me for ID and credit card. The counter lady Dina Parks was lovely she was fast and helpful she was not pushy about purchasing any insurance or prepaid gas which I was so happy about due to another experience at another rental agency. As I walked back to the kiosk I loved that someone was waiting with my name on a tablet to help me. The gentlemen Mohammad Awal was very informative and very helpful with choosing a car. I loved the fact that he asked where I was going and with how many people that way he could better assist me in choosing the vehicle that I had ordered or something similar. He went over the vehicle inspected the vehicle with me which is great and asked me to check the inside to see if I was okay. Great service overall and I will definitely be recommending enterprise at Newark to family and friends as well as being a continued costumer.
