“Rented a car in Raleigh and it was incredibly easy to pick up. The shuttle got us from the airport and took us right to the pickup building. Very fair max mileage policy. Friendly staff. Be aware their customer service is only open Monday-Friday. The car we were given’s driver door did not open properly which we did not realize until after leaving. We wanted to make sure we let the company know it was like that when we picked up the car. It was not a big deal but due to it being a weekend, we couldn’t contact customer care to let them know.”

“Rented two Jeeps to do some trails in the Colorado Springs area for the day. Pick up and drop off was easy. Keep in mind for time purposes that you have to return the jeep in the same Clean way you recive it in (they have a wash subscription so you just have to run it through before returning and vac out any durt or dust). Both jeeps functioned well enough and did all of the Jeep stuff we wanted.”

“I picked up my rental 2 days ago for a 4-day rental. It went super smooth and had Great Customer Service provided by Rodolfo. He made the process super smooth and easy! Thank You Again! They have several vans that do the airport shuttle service, Quick and easy. They also have a greeter at the entrance that checks some of your documents and reminds you what’s standard at any car rental place (they will set a hold on your card for incidentals/tolls, etc., that’s the standard everywhere! Don’t act surprised). Also, if you are not planning on buying the insurance they offer, then be ready to provide your own (Yes, you need insurance when you rent any car!). If you have it ready, it’ll make it easier on you and on them, everything will be faster. When you arrive, expect a line, but they have several agents working to help out, they even have additional agents via an iPad, which makes the line go faster. Overall, Highly Recommended!!!”

“Being an Avis Preferred Plus member my review might be biased, but my experience with this location was smooth and pleasant. You need to get on a shuttle bus from the airport to get to this rental center, and if you have the Preferred status you can skip the long line and get to a separate office located on the first floor. I was out in the Mitsubishi Outlander within 5 minutes of arrival. Return was smooth as well. Absolutely no issues, I would use them again.”

“We have been renting from Avis for about 10 years now. Never had an issue. In fact, we ONLY go to Avis for rental needs. Employees are very helpful. I love that they are open on Sundays. Makes planning the drop off a lot easier. As far as using a credit card at pick up...I wasn't too thrilled either, but that is for deposit. You can change payment type at drop off.”
