“My husband and I have been patients for a couple of years. I love Connie and Mandy!! They are always willing to go above and beyond to help patients. I’d give them 6 stars if I could. Dr V is awesome. He is very patient and professional but not afraid to tell you like it is. (I was not always the best about taking meds or discussing my reluctance with him) He took time to explain things in plain English and I appreciate the fact he didn’t just have a “whatever” attitude. “Potters Ridge in Red Wing is a fantastic Assisted Living facility. My mom loved the location and the outstanding staff. With a very nice grand entry boasting hardwoods, including a fireplace & piano, leading to a beautiful setting in the main dining area, often seeing the wild turkeys & deer in the trees. Their great staff arranges many community events for their tenants and make them as comfortable as possible with whatever their circumstances may be. Many thanks to Angela, Misti and the entire team. “I took my father-in-law (who was visiting from PA) to this wonderful urgent care at 8:00 pm on 8/1/25. I picked this particular one here in Venice because the Google rating was the highest and, boy, is it ever well deserved! Our first interaction was with Mechelle who was at the front desk. She was so very personable, friendly, and efficient and provided such a warm welcome! She set the tone for the whole experience and is such a gem! Our next interaction was with the nurse, Brandi, who was extremely nice and patient and compassionate when listening to my father-in-laws symptoms. A delightful experience, especially under the circumstances of us being worried. And the final interaction was with the PA, Kelsie. Once again, we were so impressed with that interaction as well. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, compassionate, personable, etc. What was also a pleasant surprise was that the system there is connected to CVS so they knew of all of my father-in-law’s medications without him having to remember. We can’t thank the staff enough for their kindness and help during this visit. Should I need an urgent care for myself in the future, I definitely will be coming here, versus the ones I have visited in the past. You are by far the BEST! Thank you!!!!”

“I don’t even know where to start. Before I went to see Dr Sincoff i had drs that almost killed me treating me for something that I told them that I have 4 herniated disc pressing on my spinal cord. I wasn’t able to do anything I was basically in a bed for an entire year praying the lord leads me to good Doctors. My prayers were answered when I meet Dr Sincoff. We did the conservative way first with injections and when the injection were making it worse, he offered surgery. I accepted and it was the best decision I made. I had a cage put in and my migraines are gone for the most part and I have my life back. Thank you Dr Sincoff for giving me my life back to enjoy with my family!!! He is a fantastic surgeon and a caring doctor!! His staff and the MA Courtney are fantastic!! His MA Courtney is so caring and also has a great bedside manner!!
