“I just came back from visiting my mom at Complex Care Hospital at Ridgelake, I live in Ohio and she had been transferred there from a hospital in Tampa. I was most impressed with the kindness and friendliness of the staff and care takers. The entrance is bright and welcoming and her room was clean and comfortable. The case worker knew I was only there for a few days and was willing to meet with me and my family to help us make the right choices for my mom. She was empathetic to our needs and very reassuring to my Dad that the right plans would be put into action. I felt she really listened to what was most important to us as we look down the road. During a very difficult time like this, it is nice to know that my mom is being given the support and care she needs.”

“I recently visited the Canton Primary Care Office. My old primary care physician retired and I needed a new one. Overall, my experience was positive. I received a physical from Joan Keel (APRN) and she was very friendly and professional. It was clear she was very knowledgeable and she made me feel comfortable that I chose this practice as my new primary. My first piece of feedback is that that their intake process all digital and might be challenging for someone who is not very savvy with technology. To me it wasn't any more cumbersome than paper documentation (I actually prefer it), but I could easily see it being challenging for someone who is not accustom to completing forms this way. There were a few clunky app navigation hurdles and due to the smaller screen and what seemed to be touch screen sensitivity issues I had to delete and retype fields a couple of times. My second piece of feedback is that I had to wait quite awhile despite being on time for my appointment. Overall, I was in office for almost an hour and a half and the physical itself only took 30 minutes. The staff did apologize to me for the wait and luckily I didn't have a time limit, so it ended up not being much of an issue, but hopefully this isn't a common recurrence in the future as I often have appointments in between work meetings. As noted before - overall the visit was positive and I intend to continue to use them in the future. I would feel comfortable recommending them to others at this point.”

“Dr. Wallace who attended my sick boyfriend yesterday was very pleasant and a good listener. He was most of all efficient, considered all the symptoms and the patient’s and my suggestions as to what could be causing the sickness, and prescribed all the medication he needed. He gave us options on what to do if the situation worsens and what specialist to consult for a chronic issue. Dr. Wallace was also friendly and kind, and even tried to speak a few words in Spanish with my boyfriend. The practice is also well organized, the nurse practitioner was very kind and empathetic, and receptionist was respectful and helpful. The price charged for the self-paid visit was moreover really reasonable. Thanks to everyone!”

“I was very hesitant to switch my daughters pediatrician here after hearing some of the things about base hospitals. However, I am SO glad I did. Any time she has been seen, the staff has always been very gentle, kind, informative, patient, and the list goes on and on. The doctors really listen to you and don’t over complicate things. I also had to take my daughter (8 months old) to the ER. They informed me that they don’t really see pediatric patients here but let me tell you, they were PHENOMENAL. My baby had to be deep suctioned so they sent respiratory down. The ladies were amazing. They made sure to explain the process, make sure I was comfortable with the procedure, we’re very gentle with baby and we’re all around wonderful. They didn’t do anything to my baby that I don’t think they wouldn’t have done to their own. The only reason I’m rating this a four is because they need to set aside funding for pediatric care. Wright Patterson NEEDS to ensure their staff is comfortable and has the necessities to perform care on small children. The families should not have to worry if medical can adequately care for their children should the need come up. They were wonderful with my baby, but they also weren’t as comfortable working with her as they could have been.”
