“My stay at Sunset Inn was very nice and comfortable. The room was very clean and nicely decorated with a small kitchenette. I wish there were a bit more space to put our luggage, like an additional luggage rack or two. Location is very close to many restaurants and small shops with in the walking distance. Parking was off site, but it's around the corner, very close to the Sunset Inn. Only one less star on service category is that the laundry facility was out of service and closed. If and when we visit South Miami again, I would definitely stay here”

“Absolutely beautiful; secluded spot with a small dock and paddle boat with a launch on the side for small craft ie kayaks canoes etc. Plenty of beautiful sights on the lake and around the area to see if you feel like going for a ride. Local fruit stands bait shops etc. campsite has exceptional space so you don't feel cramped and pine trees that separate you from the owner's house with plenty of distance between so you hardly even know they're there and they are very friendly when you do see them.”

“Well stocked with rustic charm. A friend booked this cabin for a few friends. First time there and first time snowshoeing. Tired legs, but cabin was a welcome sight! It has fire wood and solar power, even an outhouse! The wood burning stove got the chill out of our bones and heated the loft for a pleasant nights sleep. Sadly, we only got to stay one night, but we'll be back.”

“The staff is great, like having a friend just right next door. The location is a hub of conveniences. A great pizza place is right next door and a very nice Mexican restraint just down the street. Right on the cross roads of two main streets but still very quiet. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. There's a mini fridge, microwave, cable, telephone, WiFi, and a coffee maker for amenities.”

“Played my first round of 18 at Twin Run back in the late summer time during the slight drought we had so the fairways were hard, greens were hard, everything was hard that day. I definitely had to come back again after it rained. Thankfully it finally did and I was able to play this course again in pristine condition. Outstanding course for the price! Hidden gem in Cincinnati/Hamilton area. Very nice layout and scenery. A top 10 to play at in my book.”

“This is right off the freeway with easy access. Staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable about what's in the area. It is minutes from downtown activities without being bombarded with all the heyday of downtown. Right in the middle of the bourbon tours and just a few minutes walk to one of the distilleries. The rooms are super clean and very homelike. Plenty of space for us two and all our motorcycle stuff. Showers were nice and hot and powerful spray. Nice after a few days on the road. Definitely the place to stay and a great value.”

“New London Farm has become a really special place for my family. We have been coming to the farm for almost a year now. My 10 yr old daughter has a weekly riding lesson and it’s always the highlight of her week. She loves coming to NLF and spending time with the horses, many of which she has grown to love and care about. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They are welcoming of all people to the farm.”

“Annette and Michael were so so kind and welcoming, the accommodations lovely and the breakfasts divine! The backyard garden was super peaceful with a koi pond and two sweet small pups who love being pet. When we ran into a bit of a logistic travel snag, they went above and beyond to help us out. And they even packed a to-go yogurt parfait and delicious home-made rhubarb muffins. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!”

“Reserved the larger upstairs room with the private deck for a family gathering. Our party of 16 all had plenty of space to mingle and the long kitchen table was perfect for all the food. Lots of kitchen counter space for food prep and plug ins for the crock pots. Ceiling fans, oversized sectional couch, comfy beds, large restroom, central air and different seating areas made this the perfect place for us. Rented their pontoon for 4 hours, priced fairly, clean, gassed up and they supplied the life jackets! Enjoyed being so close to the water and the water feature added to the ambiance. Early morning views from the deck are second to none. Great bird watching... feeders galore, we saw a number of different types. Clean up duties were light and easy to follow.. towels, trash, turn off lights. Brunch was right in town at Cool Wave coffee.. waffles, chicken salad, lattes, monte cristo and cinnamon rolls the size of your head! Exceeded expectations, would happily stay here again. It's hard to please 16 people at once but everyone agreed it was a great place!”

“My husband and I decided to try a new cottage to stay in for a getaway weekend. This cottage is quiet, cute, reasonably priced, close to Wimberley shopping, perfect for two, very clean, nice updated bathroom and does have some basic amenities. I do wish that it had at least a kitchen sink and that the hot tub was usable. Normally I believe it is but think there was just too many chemicals for us to enjoy unfortunately. It is not a deal breaker for us, but definitely a bonus to help relax.”

“We stayed in the Coral room, and it was great. But the best thing about our stay was Héctor, the manager. He was so attentive and capable from before our arrival, through our stay, and until checkout. He had excellent restaurant suggestions and got us reservations at busy places and times. He was also super attentive about keeping the facilities ready for us to use. The resort is in an "interesting" area of El Sauzal, but they make up for it with their comfortable rooms and superior service.”
