“I’ve had steak dinners in several places in Reno and this is by far the best. The calamari is amazing. Not that frozen stuff you find at most restaurants. This is tender strips of fresh calamari, hand battered and fried. The tempura shrimp with the coconut dipping sauce is a must and the entrees are just perfect. I’ve been for dinner and brunch. Everything has been perfect each time. Lastly I have to give a shout out to the servers who have been so great each time.”

“Some of the best in Oklahoma We arrived at the restaurant a little after 2PM and they had sold out of ribs, chicken and turkey. So, it was beef, pork and sausage for me on the large 3 meat meal. Certainly some of the best tasting, tender, juicy smoked meats I have had in Oklahoma. The sides (beans and potato salad) were also very good. The portions were good for meats and sides. I am not a fan of the sweet syrupy BBQ sauces you typically find in Oklahoma, but their hot BBQ sauce is decent.”

“Started with a Salad, first time I've had the house dressing and it was yummy. We love the Rolls here. My husband wasn't very hungry but this is one of his favorite places for meatballs so he got the Nonna's Polpette app which also includes little cheese toasts. The meatballs were a tad overdone, like almost crunchy on the outside, but he loves them anyways. The Mahi comes with a choice of angel hair pasta, red potatoes, or mash. I went with the latter, nice and garlicky, veggies were seasoned well. I really enjoyed the Piccata. I Love citrus and capers, fish was cooked perfectly. My only critique is it could have been a little lighter on the wine and heavier on the lemon but just a personal preference. It was pretty busy but we were able to be seated immediately. Service was good and food came out quickly!”

And the beef ribs...marinated grilled beef ribs with white rice.....lord have mercy. The sauce on the ribs...I sipped the sauce off before I ate the ribs which I never do... because I don't like sauce but they are very good with their flavors and sauces and I have a very high standard for good tasting food because I'm Jamaican and we are all about flavor and this food at Sam's Noodle Town hidden away in this small little strip mall plaza is the BEST food I've ever had in my life. I promise you. I promise you. While I ate it I couldn't do anything else while eating and when I was done...I just sat there and stared outside my window blissfully. So needless to say ..they make the food in some paradise and bring it back to earth. It's just perfect. And no I didn't eat everything I ordered because some of it was meant to be left overs. But I almost ate it all at once.... because omg it's so good. So I thought I couldn't survive without Jamaican food but I changed my mind...as long as I can eat from this restaurant, I'll be good.”

“We decided to try Locri pizza vs others for lunch on our way home from camping and we are SO GLAD we did! We tried 4 extra large pizzas for our group of 10 and only had two pieces left! We had the half pepperoni, Buffalo chicken, BBQ chicken, and BLT, and loved them all. My personal favorite that I will be craving forever is the Buffalo chicken- it was perfection. We ordered the pizzas to go (to make it fast) and arrived to eat them inside and they provided plates which was wonderful. Schedule this for lunch on your way out from camping- you won't regret it!”
