I first ordered from a chain online, thought it would be easier, went with the first one that showed up. Big mistake, they missed the delivery date. Go with local reviews, shop local! With Valentine’s Day and a snow storm leaving inventory low, my original order had to be changed. But the bouquet I ended up with was absolutely beautiful. Thank you Michelle for being transparent with me over the phone. They were also delivered right on time which I really appreciate!! My mom loved what she got. I definitely recommend this business. 💐

The bouquet I ordered included tulips but the shop was unfortunately out. They were extremely quick to call me to notify me of this, which I greatly appreciated. I was told they would substitute the tulips with something to make the bouquet as close as possible to the original I ordered. The arrangement is absolutely stunning and I couldn't be happier with the adjustments they had to make. Excellent service and friendly staff, I would highly recommend the store!
