“I cannot recommend this Dealership to get your vehicle serviced. The service experience was okay, at best. While I understand that technical issues can exist, they do not excuse that the information cannot be provided. The customer should be provided with options to help meet their requests. During my time here, I asked for a printed/digital estimate and after service documentation to be printed or digitized in email. These were not provided and no alternative means of communication were suggested. Tech issues happen but it is up to the service members to be trained to advise on alternatives. Additionally, I had paid for alignment which were "close" to nominal values. I did not go to a KIA Dealership for "close", an average tire store will get be "close", I expected professional service for the 140 $ charge for alignment. I walked out of this dealership unsatisfied and will likely not return.”

“I was in the store on Tecumseh road, by the Home Depot on August 10th around 3 pm. I was looking for razor blades for my straight razor. I've been shaving my face with a straight blade for over ten years now, so I have a really good idea of what I like and what I need to make sure my shaves are safe and comfortable. Needless to say, I can be quite picky. When I walked in, a wonderful young sales associate came over and helped me out right away. I hadn't been inside the store for more than 10 seconds. That was excellent customer service! I am pretty sure she was wearing a name tag but for the life of me, I can't remember what it said - I'm so sorry about that. Regardless, she was helpful, friendly, kind and patient. She let me examine each of the products I was interested in and helped me decide on my final selections for purchase. She even took the initiative to check the stock room and brought me back razor blade options for me to choose from. Great initiative! We then inspected several different models of straight razors for quality and comfort. She was so patient in letting me handle each of the razors, and she even laughed along with my corny jokes. Of course, I bought the blades and a new razor based on her help and I just wanted to let the management of Windsor Beauty Supply know about the excellent service I received.
