“As a campsite they don't get much better! 3 pools, one indoors, beautiful and plentiful shower/bathroom units, free wi-fi and all amenities included. You certainly pay for all this as the price is quite high but it's worth it I think. Especially as the WeGo Red Line picks up straight outside and takes you right to the falls! :)”

“Really an excellent property to stay, very neatly maintained with high quality interiors, furniture's & furnishings. Fully functional kitchen, with all appliances & utensils to cook your own food. Also has washing machine for laundry purposes. Had an excellent stay along with my family for about 12 Day's, which was a really pleasant & memorable. The Niagara Falls is just 5 mins from the property. This place is highly recommended, can accommodate a family of 12-15 people easily. A no regret place....”

“We reached this place trying to learn anything new we might not have learned during the previous visits: - the staff is very nice and friendly and put at your disposal lots of information, if you need that - clean toilets and the place is very clean too - they confirmed the Niagara falls park Power station is now open besides lots of rather expensive attraction to visit here - they also recommended to stop at the Dufferin islands for watching wildlife, which we did: lots of geese watching over their goslings - one couple had 12 goslings!!!! There are toilets here however parking is a bit expensive bearing in mind you will not stay for 1 hour with so many unruly tourists around.”

“I started working at Chapel Heights for the Dietary team , the first day they open their doors. I have had nothing but the most amazing time working there. Chapel Heights made me feel like family. And Chef Murray is the best manager I have ever had. Makes work fun, and has the best personality, calm and just amazing to his staff and everyone. He is always there for you if you need to switch shift, cancel one or whatever may be. Even sticks up for you. I have to say I would not be the server I am today if it was not for him. “I am not religious but this church has helped me get winter boots one year when I had no money for any. They also have a thrift shop with very affordable prices for lower income people. The thrift shop even offer something to eat if needed. This is what I always thought Christianity should be like. Super nice people ❤”

“I went with my two close friends from Sunday to Wednesday. The resort is very nice, especially if you’ve got young kids, as the waterpark is small and a bit juvenile but still enjoyable overall. They’ve got two slides, a wave pool, a kiddie pool, a hot tub and a play structure. The rooms are clean, well kept, and spacious. They do not really have complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash besides the a 3-in-one dispenser on the shower wall, but otherwise the rooms were great. You don’t interact much with staff, but when you do they’re all very kind and polite. Overall a good stay & experience, I would come back 👍🏻”

“I have worked at Valley Park Lodge for 5 years as the Charge RN. I have been a Registered Nurse for 25 years and have been in many LTC facilities both personally and professionally. Valley Park Lodge has very loving, caring PSWs and registered staff including management who take care of the residents within the Ministry Guidelines. During this Pandemic Valley Park lodge has a record of ZERO RESIDENTS affected by COVID. This is largely due to the cautious and caring staff who adjusted our own lives to ensure the residents were and remain safe till today. Staff also must be diligent in precautions and care to uphold this statistic. I am writing this review in response to a prior review to ensure that the public are aware of the real story and not the story of a disgruntled employee that I will not comment any further about as I will remain professional and kind.”
