“I’ve had 2 outdoor projects this summer and both times I chose Smithville Home Hardware and in between I’ve shopped in the store. Every visit has been exactly the way I like being treated. The staff make me feel like a valued customer. My most recent project is the largest in a while and with the help of of the Contractors Desk (I’m by no means a contractor) I got all the supplies I needed. The desk is headed up by Manager Roger and on this project I had the pleasure of dealing directly with (captain) Kirk. Kirk is a professional who knows how to interact with customers in a manner that makes the customer feel comfortable, no matter how goofy my questions were. While walking through the drive-through lumber area I met Dave who rattled off the top of his head my order perfectly. The order was dropped of this morning and was exactly what was ordered. I look forward to the next time I have to head into their store, it will feel like a visit. Thanks folks.”

Stanpac has grown from a company of 50 people to a company of more people than I know. People come and go. This is a place were good people get noticed and can move up if that’s what they want. “Visited yesterday and was so happy we did. This winery is spectacular. The grounds are beautiful and filled with sculptures. They had live music (Sat afternoon), food, lots of seating, a bakery and art gallery. It was busy but the ambience was wonderful. You could easily spend a lovely afternoon here. All ages, kids and dogs were roaming the grounds. Will definitely be returning!”
