“Normally I have good experiences when taking Welland transit however, the last two days the bus driver has conveniently missed my stop even after making full-blown eye contact with them as I pull the cord. I take the bus 4 times a week and never happened before. The same driver gave me a hard time with boarding with a regional transfer and INSISTED I throw it out despite it being my last bus home. Seriously hoping this stops happening. Minor inconveniences and experiences accumulate and the transit should already be free for everyone. I pay too much to have to walk even further because I'm being ignored.”

“Good service! Quite enough indoor as well as outdoor seats to make the 1hr30 mins trips worth it. Cafeteria has quite limited options but good washrooms and drinking water fountain. The cruise is clean and staffs are helpful.”
