Really enjoyed the food and service here, even if the lobster could have been cooked for just a minute or two less. Have to take a star away because we were uncomfortably hot for the first 30 mins as there was no air circulation inside. Otherwise we were really happy overall. Would definitely come back again!
Came in for some drinks and bites on a passing by. Great service, even when sitting outside, the ham plate and croquettes were fresh and super tasteful. Will come back for a second try.
Dining at Sinck Restaurant is an experience worth remembering. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted with the restaurant manager, Sabas Joosten. His attention to detail and genuine care for the guests set the tone for the entire evening.
One of the standout dishes of the evening was the Wortel dish. This exquisite creation not only delighted the taste buds but also brought a sense of connection to Mother Nature. a unique twist that showcased the chef's creativity and dedication to highlighting the natural flavors of the ingredients.
The location of Sinck Restaurant is another aspect that deserves special mention. Situated in the beautiful canal of the Princes in Amsterdam, the restaurant offers a picturesque view that complements the dining experience. The elegant setting, combined with the tranquil ambiance, created a soothing atmosphere to fully immerse myself in the culinary journey.
The dedication of Sabas Joosten and his remarkable team is evident in every aspect of the dining experience. Their commitment to personalized service, innovative dishes, and a serene environment sets them apart from many other establishments.
I wish Sabas and his team a successful future, as they continue to create culinary magic and make their mark in the world of gastronomy.
This is one of the best restaurants in Amsterdam hands down 👏👏 Everything about this place is just exceptional: the ambiance, the staff, the food, the wine pairing options ❣️ Their gnocchi dish is to die for, I am seriously considering to come here on a monthly basis exclusively for that dish; but all the dishes that we tried were simply delicious.
The sommelier is out of the space. Wine choice is great, although can be on the young side. Food was good but sometimes tried too hard and not all dishes delivered. A must go when in Amsterdam
