“Great value for a sunset 1 hour cruise. It was approximately €20/adult. They had bar service and the drinks were reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and were able to answer most questions during the tour. We brought our kids and they had a good time. Note they offer a number of different cruises. The one we chose was the evening cruise with a bar--it was not an in-depth tour but just a nice ride with drinks and a bit of commentary from the skipper; it was exactly what we were looking for after a long day on our feet.”

“Modern port building, easy walking distance from the city.About 20 mins walk along the river. Taxis outside if you need them, but quite expensive.”

“Our main man Arnee booked a boat tour with pizza and drinks all-included. The jocks of our group were a little sceptical at first, but that soon changed into laughter and fun. Our guide Pau(l) was the best. He arranged everything for us and is - of now - one of the guys. We welcome him in our group of lads. He's truly one of ours. We really recommend the boat tour! Thanks and till next time!”

“WOW! What an amazing ‘dam’ experience! My only regret is not having done this on the first day of my time in Amsterdam. The tour was a perfect introduction to the city! Our guide provided the context of Amsterdam, necessary in building a foundation for exploring this dense and lively place. The guide was down to earth and was well studied but not robotic or scripted. He included personal flare, a passionate way of story telling, and asked us questions allowing the experience to be engaging and adapted to our group. He managed to recall detailed facts and wove together the fibres of Amsterdam’s fruition, all while driving a boat through areas allowing us to see the commentary come to life in front of us! He spoke to Amsterdams social context, history, achievements and downfalls. As a member of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, I was enamoured when he discussed the history of a gay memorial, a spot that other guests said their previous tours hadn’t mentioned. The guide did an excellent job of relating Amsterdam to various home countries of our group and managed to weave in storied from WWII, the 1400-1500s, modern day social context of Amsterdam, the economy, architecture, city design, restaurant and activity recommendations. Ina edition: The boat ride itself was a lovely relaxing way of seeing the city: It provided a perspective, unique from that when cycling or walking. I, unfortunately, have forgotten our guides name, but i can tell you that he is from South Africa, has been living in Amsterdam for 10 years, and he moved to Amsterdam for love. Thank you for the passionate and inspiring tour!”

“I loved this boat tour! Captain Jamie was very hospitable and caring, booking and on-boarding went very smoothly. I was charmed my the stories about historical buildings, Amsterdam local habits and specialities. This trips gives the real flavor of beautiful Amsterdam. You get blanket for a windy weather, and there is a drink selection incl. Good wine, for a fair price. Everything was excellent. Highly recommended!”

“Beautiful boat ride that takes you through the beautiful canals of Amsterdam. If you book an hour it’s enough time to make the big tour and it’s really easy to steer the boat. Even if you don’t make it in time you usually don’t have to pay extra.”

“Highly recommend. It was a great tour. Because it was so cold, they ended up moving our group to an enclosed boat. We ended up having a very small/intimate group of 3. Our tour guide turned off the prerecorded tour and did it personally for us. It was great.”

“So happy with this canal cruise! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, it was a super chill Vibe and great views on the city from the insiide. Very calm and relaxing, not like the rowdy boats we see blasting their music down the canals. I would certainly go again when I return to Amsterdam.”

“We (a group of 50ppl) had the best time on the canal boat. It was a lovely and relaxing two h trip. The captain was punctual, the two stewardesses were great at their service, everyone was delighted, and the breakfast was terrific. I recommend this trip. One of the best ways to travel around the Netherlands is by canal boat. For us, it was relaxing, and as tourists, we could better appreciate the Netherlands' landscape and architecture. Thank you! It was a great experience.”

“A unique experience, but quite difficult for those who have never sailed. We were given maps and rules as well as instructions on how to navigate the boat. Time on the boat was really fun with good memories. You guy should try it!”

“Highly recommended! Try visiting during the daytime. Expect a queue, so it's better to buy tickets in advance. It's relaxed, you can sit back and the captain will tell u facts about the culture and history of the Netherlands, it was informative, funny and entertaining plus they also give u headphones so u can listen to the audio info. in multiple languages, so that's very convenient in case u speak any other language. The cruise is very scenic.”

“Booked the Amsterdam breakfast cruise for our family. Food and drinks were delightful. Canals were very quiet early in the morning, like we had the city canals to ourselves! Our guide was super knowledgeable and the charm of the smaller canals that the larger boats can’t go down brings a sense of tranquility that can’t be matched. Highly recommend this experience!”
