“Kind and helpful staff, teasty food beautiful 🍷! BUT have to say that with only 1 bartender the drink orders can be delayed 20-30 minutes easily. The owner of this place SHOULD NOT save money on that part as they will loose potential guests. Staff really tried their best especially the 1really professional waiter but it was a busy night and their mission was impossible as they are humans! I hope that the owner will read this and start think about that he/she should take less profit into the pocket but invest more into the system!!! “Situated on Gelderskade between Stormsteeg and the Waag at Nieuwmarkt, Wah Nam Hong are food wholesalers, importers, distributors and retailers with branches in Den Haag, Leidschendam and Rotterdam. Although predominately Chinese, this good-sized toko also offers a good selection of canned, dried, frozen and fresh produce from India, Indonesia,Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Phillippines, Thailand and Vietnam. The supermarket serves the needs of many of Chinatown's restaurants and is a favourite haunt of foodies and gourmets in search of elusive Asian ingredients. The entrance to the premises always features 3 or 4 "bargains" of the day, products which have been substantially reduced from their recommended prices. The main hall is full of deep freeze units packed with snacks, poultry and meat, fish and shellfish, dimsun and vegetables, desserts and ice-cream. The surrounding walls are full of shelves packed with biscuits, confectionery, canned goods, curry pastes, cooking sauces, teas and all kinds of noodles. In the adjoining area, there is a huge assortment of spices, hot sauces, vinegars and oils, oriental sausages, kroepek, emping, tropical fruit juices and fresh vegetables, as well as incense, tiger balm, health products and a limited assortment of cooking utensils. Goods can also be ordered online with free delivery on all purchases over €35.”

“First time here a few days ago. It was lovely. Our waitress Christine/Christina (forgive me if the name is incorrect) was lovely. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Food was tasty. The wait for the main course was a little long but I think they were waiting for us to finish our appetizers. The crabs also could have had a little bit more seasoning. But that’s just a personal preference. I also think the price to portion ratio is a bit unbalanced. Leaning towards the overpriced end. Overall a good experience. Would probably come again to try the Seafood Tower!”

“A lovely petting zoo with some beautiful animals. I petted goats and saw some beautiful pigs. They had some birds and rabbits too that were super cute. It's quite small but there's a place for food and seats to relax. It's in a very residential area with nice looking houses around. All in all it was a lovely day and I am looking forward to returning and petting the goats again! Great day out especially when the weather is nice!!!!”

“Loved the visit here. Inconspicuous little hidden place with no signage outside, feels like walking into a magical fun space when you pull hard....harddd on the secret door. This place accepts card payments and the food I found to be excellent for both kids and grown ups. It's cool inside and the play area and upstairs trampoline are enough to keep toddlers and young ones entertained for hours. It was clean and neat and the staff was amazingly helpfull and kind and thoughtful. I will bring myv2 girls back here again.”
