“Very happy with the quality services provided by Meesterslijpers. I ordered 3 big cutting boards with 6 customised logo's on. I had contact with several of the colleagues of Meesterslijpers and they are all very friendly, willing to help and make the best out of my requests as a new client. The product (wood) is of very good quality and the logo's are amazing! There was something missing on one of the logo's, but Meesterslijpers fixed this immediately. Thank you very much for the provided service! I will order here again for sure!”

“love this store! love the idea of being able to pick out whatever beads and charms you want for you own bracelet!!! you can decide if you wanna make the bracelet yourself or to let a store worker do it for an extra 7 euros, which is totally worth it!”

“Quite possibly the best breakfast I've had in Amsterdam. I personally prefer the New York option, the buttermilk pancakes were out of this world. They were really soft and other items in the dish really complimented it very well. If you like a bit of sweet and savoury for your breakfast then I highly recommend this option. I did not enjoy the eggs Benedict California option it was almost the same price but the quantity didn't seem to match other dishes, maybe it's my bias after having the New York however the chicken and waffles were also very good, not too spicy and just enough to add to the flavour. The English breakfast on the other hand was also a good and safe option if you are not comfortable with the other options. There were enough seating options and quite unique in my opinion. It gave me good cozy coffee shop vibes. I would 100% come back for another plate of the new york breakfast.”

“As I wandered through the bustling streets of Amsterdam, I stumbled upon a haven of cheese, a veritable utopia for all cheese-lovers: the Amsterdam Cheese Company. At first, I was hesitant, unsure of what awaited me inside this unassuming shop. But as soon as I crossed the threshold, I was transported to a different realm, a world where the senses reign supreme and cheese is king. The aroma of cheese hung heavy in the air, a pungent and inviting scent that beckoned me forward. As I approached the counter, I was greeted by a smiling cheesemonger who offered me a taste of their wares. I sampled a morsel of Gouda, and was instantly transported to a place of pure delight. The cheese was creamy and smooth, with a nutty flavor that lingered on my tongue. But that was only the beginning. The cheesemonger offered me a selection of cheeses to try, each one more delectable than the last. I sampled a smoky cheddar, a tangy goat cheese, and a sharp blue that left me breathless. Each cheese was like a story, with its own unique flavor and character, a tale to be savored and enjoyed. The Amsterdam Cheese Company is not just a place to buy cheese, it is a journey of discovery. Each cheese is like a portal, a gateway to a world of flavor and sensation. The cheesemongers are like guides, leading you through this magical realm, showing you the wonders that await. In the end, I left the Amsterdam Cheese Company with a sense of awe and wonder, my taste buds singing with the joy of all the cheeses I had sampled. It was like a dream, a surreal and beautiful experience that I will never forget. If you are a lover of cheese, if you seek adventure and delight, then the Amsterdam Cheese Company is a must-visit destination, a true wonderland of cheese.”

“Our main man Arnee booked a boat tour with pizza and drinks all-included. The jocks of our group were a little sceptical at first, but that soon changed into laughter and fun. Our guide Pau(l) was the best. He arranged everything for us and is - of now - one of the guys. We welcome him in our group of lads. He's truly one of ours. We really recommend the boat tour! Thanks and till next time!”

“WOW! What an amazing ‘dam’ experience! My only regret is not having done this on the first day of my time in Amsterdam. The tour was a perfect introduction to the city! Our guide provided the context of Amsterdam, necessary in building a foundation for exploring this dense and lively place. The guide was down to earth and was well studied but not robotic or scripted. He included personal flare, a passionate way of story telling, and asked us questions allowing the experience to be engaging and adapted to our group. He managed to recall detailed facts and wove together the fibres of Amsterdam’s fruition, all while driving a boat through areas allowing us to see the commentary come to life in front of us! He spoke to Amsterdams social context, history, achievements and downfalls. As a member of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, I was enamoured when he discussed the history of a gay memorial, a spot that other guests said their previous tours hadn’t mentioned. The guide did an excellent job of relating Amsterdam to various home countries of our group and managed to weave in storied from WWII, the 1400-1500s, modern day social context of Amsterdam, the economy, architecture, city design, restaurant and activity recommendations. Ina edition: The boat ride itself was a lovely relaxing way of seeing the city: It provided a perspective, unique from that when cycling or walking. I, unfortunately, have forgotten our guides name, but i can tell you that he is from South Africa, has been living in Amsterdam for 10 years, and he moved to Amsterdam for love. Thank you for the passionate and inspiring tour!”

“When I first came to the gym I was nervous and had little Muay Thai experience. But thanks to the great atmosphere and wonderful coach (Robert), I quickly found it to be like a second home! The gym is very welcoming to beginners, but no matter what level you are at, you will always be pushed to become your best self! This place is a real gem- full of passionate, kind, hard working people. I am very appreciative to have trained here the past year and I hope to be back soon! Thank you for everything!”

“This was my first time experience with enterprise. I collected the car from Amsterdam centraal branch. The staff welcomed me and explained me that unfortunately mazda 6 estate that i booked not available, but offered me an option with Mercedes cla200 year 2023. My only concern was only about luggage space, it seems small back space but when i checked it was spacious and capable to load it with 3 big and 1 small luggages. Car performance also great, easy handling, average fuel consumption around 6-7ltr per 100km, comfortable for long range driving via highway/autobahn, city road and village road. Overall I am satisfied with the car & will contact enterprise again if i need a car rental again in the future.”

“Really enjoyed the food and service here, even if the lobster could have been cooked for just a minute or two less. Have to take a star away because we were uncomfortably hot for the first 30 mins as there was no air circulation inside. Otherwise we were really happy overall. Would definitely come back again!”
