“Maybe I've just been lucky, but I'm very happy with my dentist at this practice. She's thorough and conscientious, taking time to explain everything properly and writing up comprehensive notes. Yes, it's very hard to get through to the receptionist at times but this is the NHS, which is hugely over-burdened. When they're busy, I've used the email facility and it's worked fine.”

“A superb GP surgery. I've spent a lot of time at Keston Medical Practice and the team here are absolutely superb. The GP team undertake regular CPD and training, the staff are all fantastic. Look its a big busy surgery, and they had to take on a few local GP practices who closed down. They've managed it brilliantly. Great job to the two Practice Managers here.”

“Took my car in for an MOT and they were able to accommodate me at short notice. Unfortunately the car failed on a steering issue which B&W resolved for me. They presented me with a number of options and were very clear about the cost of each and why. When one option turned out as not viable B&W contacted me and advised me of my remaining options. I mainly dealt with Mark who is friendly and and kept me informed. We have the car back all cleaned which I was not expecting but a nice touch. We have moved to the area recently and good garages that you feel you can trust are like gold dust so I am glad I used this company and will use in the future without a second thought.”

“I came here recommended by my daughter and boyfriend. AND I RECOMMEND IT TOO. The shop is situated in the heart of Purley, and to get there you have about a million and one buses as well as Purley train station 5 minutes away (including traffic lights!) We had a very nice time, even when we walked in we were asked if we had booked and ???????? I hadn't! The staff are two lovely ladies that must have felt pity for us newbies, because they sorted a table by the window which it was perfect. Soooo many items to choose from, it was difficult to decide. But I have already found my next piece, a set of three pieces. The prices are not very expensive, but it isn't a place to go every other week either, even if they would love you to. While we were there, a couple printed their babies hand prints on two cups, great idea. Not sure if the baby would agree with me but... They serve drinks too, but we didn't have enough time to stop and drink, at least not today. I will update on my next visit.”
