“It is big paved parking lot for RVs. Level. No ants if you park away from the green spaces. Not many trees except in the green spaces. The spots near them are in more demand. We were parked in the middle. We only had 1 fuse trip during the 28 days, we stayed. Extending our awning in the morning helped with temp by shading windows. Beware that during hot sunny days, you might need to carry your dog to a green space. There is a playground with a splash pad at the end of the RV lot which my grandson enjoyed. Price for a month 775 plus 2 dollar park fee. 777.00”

“It's a nice park by school. There's not a ton there but there are also fields for kids can run around and play ball.”

“Lovely gardens, even on a cloudy day. Had a peaceful walk around the 5 acre lake and enjoyed exploring the flora, fauna, and art twined throughout the grounds’ other trails. One trail is a storybook walk for kids that features an area for gnomes and their homes. Butterflies, ducks, fish, and honeybees were spotted. Well-placed seating throughout the grounds. The building in the center of the gardens, Aldridge House, showcases artwork (most of which is for sale) from various artists throughout the year and displays historical documents of the gardens’ beginnings. There is a gift shop as well. Very kind staff members. Overall, I highly recommend a visit to this free public garden - a Hoover gem.”

“Awesome family park however, tonight was incredibly awesome; my very shy daughter had her classmates over for an evening of smores and more! How many other parents have such beautiful memories!?”

“Cool little park inside The Preserve. It's great to have these little Reprieves inside an already wonderful neighborhood. I enjoy the track shaped weaving sidewalks that are all throughout the parks in The Preserve, & find walking so much more enjoyable when walking along them 😊”

“Beautiful and close to home! Hoover has been home for me and my family for 28 years; A mix of good southern, working middle class families. All are welcome here! A diverse culture. Hiking, biking, walk your fur babies! Clean and just beautiful. Have a picnic in the park, bring a frisbee, hang out under a shade tree. Walk on track. We even saw a Mommy and Me group who gathered for about half an hour dancing and playing. This is a great place for outdoor fun. Super safe setting. Some construction is currently going on, but it won’t impede your plans to enjoy the trails or walking path.”
