(June 10, 2024, 11:01 pm)This is a great place for no nonsense lifting. They have some cardio equipment and plenty of machines but the best part for me is lots of heavy dumbells, 2 good benches, and 4 rogue power racks. This is a place lift heavy and not screw around doing curls in the power rack.

Centrally located, 24hrs member only safe / secure access , easy app for sign up via wellyx "Thegymak DOT com", not cluttered with useless equipment, clean and straight down to business. *slow claps...turns into mass applause* love to see it.

Much more quiet than most other gyms. Open 24hrs is very convenient.
