CrossFit Salty North

Stopped in at Salty North while on a work trip. The Coach was awesome! Emily was thorough, and clear. She was super friendly and helpful. The people were all very nice! We had a good Murph prep workout. When I come to Wasilla again I plan on going to Salty North. Thank you Emily for the fun!

What a welcoming gym!! I had never done CrossFit before, and coach Emily took the time to explain proper techniques and different modifications to get the most out of the workouts. I highly recommend trying a class here. You will not regret it!! Also a great community of fellow athletes. I’m so happy to have found CrossFit Salty North!

I was super intimidated to try CrossFit but this place has been a dream. The coach, Emily, has been super patient and knowledgeable while teaching me the proper and safe way to lift. The community has been incredible, lots of fun events and group work outs. I am not normally a gym person but the time I have spend there has enhanced my outdoor recreation ten fold.

Love this place! The coaches are great, experienced and professional! The workouts are also really good and well put together. The other people that attend the classes are also wonderful! Overall, the best CrossFit gym I’ve been to and would highly recommend!!

The athletes that attend are very welcoming and supportive! Location has a shower, playroom for kids, a great space for workouts and many class times to choose from. Very knowledgable coach, Emily is excellent at scaling workouts to an individuals skill level. So happy I chose this gym to continue my crossfit journey!
