He addressed all of our questions, answered his phone every single time I called and delivered on every promise. The service was perfect. His recommendation for a person to officiate turned out to be a marvelous choice. We had expected about 50 folks to attend the service and when 200 showed up we were floored - but Sam wasn't. He made things happen. Brought in extra chairs, printed up more memorial folders, all the while keeping things on track. So, to Sam and the rest of the staff at Janssen's please accept our heart-felt thanks for the exemplary job you did. It is recommended to bring bug spray, sunscreen, noise maker/bear spray and stay alert while you enjoy the trails solo or with others. There is a $7 parking fee for day use and machine is located near the restrooms.”
