Snowgoose Pond B&B

"Her beauty and moonlight will over threw you!" The rain stopped, I looked outside the glass door; a black beauty immediately caught my eyes; "Is it a moose?" I asked Brad. "Yes it is; three are two; this is good luck!" He was looking outside too. Then I saw another beautiful black curve emerged from the bushes. We quietly went on the deck, sits or stand, staring at the 2. This is true Alaska!

Brad and Jinks treated us like family the whole time we were there. We had a very comfortable stay with them and would highly recommend their place for anyone looking to check out the Palmer-Wasilla area. They hooked us up with some solid recommendations for things to do in the area as well as great restaurants. Bonus points for the delicious home cooked breakfast each morning!

Wonderful stay at Snowgoose Pond!! Jinx & Brad were such kind hosts & really thought of everything one might need for a relaxing stay. The room was SO clean & comfortable. The house has a beautiful view in the back. Jinx made all the guests a delicious breakfast. I'd recommend this place 10000 times. Thank you!!!

Absolutely perfect. Stayed here after a terrible night in a downtown Anchorage hotel. What a contrast! We saw this option and didn't book the first night because of the approximate 1 hour drive out of town, but that was a poor decision on our part. The house is beautiful, clean, and most importantly quiet. We stayed in the loft area which had a bathroom and mini kitchen. The hosts are very kind. We had a salmon and egg breakfast which was delicious. There is a canoe and kayaks on the edge of the lake behind the house that you can use whenever you like. I've included a photo from the backyard. Serenity is my best description. Wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Anchorage.

Thoroughly lovely place and people. Full while we were there, with an interesting shifting mix of international folks who were fun to breakfast with.
Speaking of breakfast, Jinks offered variety of breakfast themes, every dish fresh made and tasty with mix of fruits, proteins, vegetables.
The bed was beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. Pleasant soothing colors. Nice and clean. We recommend highly.
