“I HIGHLY recommend the service people at Valley RV Center for their RV knowledge, work ethic, integrity and quality work! We had the slide on our Arctic Fox 1150 Truck Camper get stuck in the “out” position while visiting in Valdez, Alaska. I was finally able to disable the gear system and push it in but this made for very tight quarters inside the camper. While Valley RV Center service department has a back up with many other RV’s, they recognize that those who are traveling thousands of miles away from home, can’t wait until this fall to have emergency repairs. When I spoke to service person Paul, he immediately appreciated our predicament, pulled away from the RV he was working on and went to work. Awhile later, Wade joined in to give a hand and operated a HiLo to help raise and lower the slide to get an exact fit. In all, the job took about 3-1/2 hours but only charge us for one hour. As far as I’m concerned, Paul, Wade and the entire Valley RV Center staff are an RV’ers best friend. July 24, 2023 I would like to add that several days after the slide repairs Paul and Wade did for our camper, we had an accident that resulted in the drivers/rear support leg being ripped from the camper. The accident happened on a Sunday so on Monday, I showed up at Valley RV to see what could be done. This repair would require more time and preparation so they scheduled me in for the following Monday. I arrived that morning at 8:30. It was impressive to watch Paul cut, tear apart, fill in, splice, bolster, caulk and finally re-assemble an item that is so critical for the success of the truck camper lifestyle. By 2:00, the job was completed, tested and I was on my way. I will always be grateful to Paul, Wade and Valley RV for their talent, expertise and service. I’ve included a few photos of the before and after work.”

Me & my boyfriend just moved to the area & decided to try this place since it's so close by for us & now we go several times a week! “I’ve still been trying to come up with the words to describe our experience with Carlos and Danielle after spending a day with them last week. My Dad passed away earlier this year as a result of a freak accident, a mere three weeks after my Grandfather. My family and I decided Alaska was the place we would spread his ashes as he always joked about going there and getting eaten by bears if he were to ever get a terminal diagnosis. . Ya know, the circle of life. With our travels, we knew we wanted to memorialize this moment with tattoos. After some research, my younger brother was set on having them done at Primal Instinct. I sent a message to their Facebook explaining why we were in Alaska and what we were thinking of getting. Without hesitation they agreed to take on all 7 of us as Carlos had a cancellation in his schedule. . What were the odds? The amount of healing that came from entering their shop is indescribable. Danielle, Carlos and their beautiful little girls greeted us with open arms. We spent the day talking about life, family, goals and everything in between. They allowed us to love on their babies and be our raw authentic selves without hesitation as they were with us. We left the shop with a sense of peace, beautiful artwork, and so much love for their family. . A family we plan on keeping in our lives for years to come.”
