“Wow.... This Express Lane oil change at Larry H. Miller is AMAZING.... Ask for Francisco Miranda you WILL NOT be disappointed... Probably the best customer service I have ever received. I called Friday for a Saturday oil change appointment. I was told no appointments were available, they were booked full. She said I could come as a walk in Sat morning and wait, but that it would not be fast, probably a long wait. I arrived and spoke with Francisco, and let me tell you he bent over backwards to get me in as quickly as possible. He was efficient, and juggled multiple customers at the same time while giving each customer his undivided attention and no one waited more than a few minutes. Friendly and professional is an understatement. I would never deal with anyone else! I will return to this dealer location (even though it is not conveniently close to home) just because of Francisco. Thank you for your upstanding customer service today, it was much appreciated.”

“Barb is the best service advisor and a pleasure to work with. I am the second owner of a 2013 GTi that the previous owner replaced the control arms on both sides with after market parts. She worked with me to finally restore my GTi to it’s rightful glory!! It now has zero torque-steer and drives like a dream. Much better mileage too! I should have just paid to have both control arms replaced when we found out it was an after market part. What a difference! I highly recommend this service dept and will not go elsewhere to have my VW serviced if I can help it. Best dealership service I have ever experienced!!”
