First off, the studio is really welcoming: warm,very clean, lots of light, simple decor and it has a great positive vibe. I’ve been coming to this studio for about 4 months now and am hooked. Devi is truly gifted at what she does. She is so knowledgable. She always takes the time to reevaluate how your body is doing and what requires special attention, rather than 1-size-fits-all go-through-the-motions. One thing I especially appreciate about her is that she watches each of us closely, she has a laser focus and seems to know instantly when I'm using the wrong muscle in an exercise. Devi also has brought awareness to the muscles that I never used. I love that she gets what my areas of improvement are and gives me "homework" to work on between classes so the classes are even more effective. This is hands down the best investment you can make into your health and well being!!”

“Me and my husband have been going to pep boys for a very long time. We specifically go there to see Ben only. In the service department. He is the only reason we ever go to pep boys. Not only is he friendly but he is helpful and makes us feel like we are apart of the family there. He gives us the best advice on our vehicles and always checks our cars to make sure their safe before trips out of town. I will not go to any other pep boys or pep boys in general unless Ben is there because he makes us feel special. Oh yeah and I’ll drive a whole hour to this location just to see him”

“Chris was very helpful and honest with my problem. My GMC was making a terrible vibration, grinding noise when I was in backing up in reverse. Thought it was transmission problems, CV joints, axle going out, etc. He looked at it and told me a bolt had come out from the caliper on front drivers side causing the problem. Replaced part and $20.00 later on my way. I was so relieved. He was absolutely honest, helpful and I recommend Chris very highly. I will return on any future automotive needs. Thanks Chris.”
