“After my complimentary workout (which Michael allowed me two) I was hooked. I immediately signed up. The instructors are highly skilled and knowledgeable. The gym is clean and has all the equipment needed for the students. The workout, from beginning to end, is amazing. The instructors encourage and motivate you. They offer many different types of classes. They not only have self-defense classes but offer a wide variety of fitness classes too. I love the family atmosphere and care they have for the students. If you need to sit out for a moment, they encourage you to do so and come back when you are ready. Nothing is ever forced on you. “This review is of my recent visit to their deli and bakery (last Saturday). It was a late afternoon visit and their hot foods in the kitchen looked fresh and there was plenty to choose from. “Visited this shop to get batteries for my watches. This is a small mom and pop shop with such amazing customer service. Theresa was so sweet and greeted me the moment I stepped in. Her husband gave replaced the batteries in maybe 10 minutes. They also gave me the cards for their neighboring businesses in the plaza which was incredibly thoughtful. “I was on vacation in AZ laying by the pool when we decided we wanted a tattoo to remember the trip. We called and they were available for a walk-in. When we got there 10 minutes later we were greeted by the staff, who were all super friendly and funny! The shop was very clean and could tell a lot of effort was put into the ambiance!
