(March 8, 2020, 2:11 pm)Perfect place to workout. It has multiple fitness classes that I get for free with my membership. Very clean facility that rarely gets busy. Equipment is always in working order and when it is not, they are very quick to place a work order and get it fixed. They also have personal training available with the friendliest staff! So happy to have a gym like this to be a part of!!!!
(February 20, 2020, 10:46 pm)Aaron Beck was absolutely fabulous I'm working with me through my intro assessment in the training. He was so patient and absolutely wonderful to talk to. He cares and is passionate about his position and for the members. I am thoroughly impressed!
(January 26, 2020, 8:20 pm)Spacious. Well equipped. Efficient trainers. Interesting part is therapeutic exercise in swimming pool for aged with joint problems while walking.
